What Kernel holds about you, and what it does with it.

One person runs Kernel: Harsha Kotthapalli, in Dubai. This page lists the personal data the site and the app hold, why they hold it, who else handles it, and how to get it deleted.

01 · WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

Harsha Kotthapalli, trading as Kernel, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Email harsha2085@gmail.com. Kernel has no data protection officer. I answer privacy emails myself, within 30 days.

You work on your recordYour answers and notes, including anything you type about calls and the people you spoke toTo keep your record and name your next step

You visit any pagePages viewed, the site you came from, device type and country, counted by the hostTo see which pages people read

Notes about other people are yours to justify. Leave out anything they would not want stored.

03 · WHAT KERNEL DOES NOT DO

  • Kernel shows no advertising and sets no advertising cookies.
  • Kernel does not sell or rent personal data.
  • Kernel reads public pages only. It reads nothing behind a login.
  • Kernel asks for no card and takes no payment today.
  • An AI model reads your public pages and drafts your record. It makes no decision about you as a person.

04 · WHO ELSE HANDLES IT

SERVICEWHAT IT DOESWHAT IT SEES

These services run outside the United Arab Emirates and outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Each one handles the data under its own published data processing terms.

05 · HOW LONG KERNEL KEEPS IT

Your account, your record, your map results and your form entries stay until you ask me to delete them. I delete them within 30 days of your email.

The scrambled IP entries that limit map runs are removed after 35 days.

06 · YOUR RIGHTS

Email harsha2085@gmail.com and I will do any of these within 30 days.

  • Show you what Kernel holds about you
  • Correct it
  • Delete it
  • Send you a copy you can take elsewhere
  • Stop a use you object to
  • Withdraw a consent you gave

You do not have to give Kernel any of this. Without a Google sign-in there is no account. The free GTM Map works without one.

For readers under EU or UK law, the legal grounds are these. Your account and record rest on the contract between us. Abuse limits, visit counts and replies to enquiries rest on legitimate interest. Update emails rest on your consent.

You can complain to your data protection authority in the EU or UK, or to the UAE Data Office.

07 · COOKIES AND BROWSER STORAGE

Kernel sets no advertising cookies. The host sets two cookies. One, session-id, counts visits and lasts 30 minutes. The other, __cf_bm, comes from Cloudflare and blocks bots. Your browser also keeps your sign-in session on app.kernelpmm.com, the currency you chose on the pricing pages, and your scroll position.

08 · AGE

Kernel is for people running companies. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

09 · CHANGES TO THIS PAGE

When this page changes, the date at the top changes. If a change affects data Kernel already holds about you, I email you before it takes effect.
