Five ways to work together · three published prices
What each one costs, and what you get for it.
Three of the four have a published price. The Product Marketing Function build is scoped to you, so a call comes first.

Straight answers on price
01Why publish prices at all?
Because the alternative is a discovery call whose only purpose is to find out whether you can afford me, which wastes a morning for both of us.
02Do I have to start with the free read?
No. Start wherever you actually are. The read is free because a homepage is the most I can learn about you without asking for anything, not because it's step one.
03How do I know which tier we are?
Count your products and your markets. One product sold into one or two markets is the first tier regardless of what you've raised.
04Why aren't all the prices published?
Three of them are fixed scope, so a fixed price is honest. The operating system and the retainer are scoped to what you already have: how many products, how many markets, whether there's a team. Publishing a range for those would be a guess dressed as a price, and you'd have to unpick it on the call anyway.
05Is any of it negotiable?
The scope is. The day rate underneath it isn't. If the number is wrong for you, the answer is usually a smaller engagement rather than the same engagement for less.
06What are the payment terms?
Split across the months of the engagement.
07What currency will I be invoiced in?
Euros, dirhams and dollars are set price lists, and you're invoiced in whichever of those you're seeing. Every other currency on the site is converted from the euro price for readability, and invoiced in euros.
08What if we need something that isn't on this list?
Tell me what it is. If it's a good use of the method I'll price it; if it isn't, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
